ExpERIENCE a new way to Everest base camp

Everest base camp

Truly an adventure of a lifetime, trekking to Everest Base Camp is a spectacularly rewarding trek, one that you will never forget! As we travel up through this region we will experience quaint and picturesque Sherpa villages, Buddhist Lamas, local, buzzing markets and absolutely breathtaking views. A feeling of completeness and peace comes upon you. Finally, we enter into the Khumbu region, containing the highest peak in the world – Mount Everest. A region of powerful energy, invoking an emotionally deep sense of majesty, beauty and awe. A moment of pure bliss. Join us as we travel along less travelled routes and during non-tourist seasons, giving us the time and space to enjoy this deeply spiritual place with serenity and peace.

Tips to staff

In Kathmandu, we normally stay at Mums Home Hotel, a funky and welcoming 3-star hotel close to Thamel. It has big rooms, great showers and beds, good WIFI, a beaut breakfast and very helpful staff. It is a home for us and we hope you like it too. Twin-share accommodation is included in your trip price, however, there is a range of rooms from singles to a family apartment that can be arranged.

On the trail in the Everest region, we use lodges that we have been using for years.

We have chosen them because they are warm and friendly, have reliable and tasty food and act sustainably. Your trip price includes a twin share room.
