OUR BEST NEPAL TREKS
HGA invites you to take time to breathe and immerse yourself in rich Nepali culture and spirituality, surrounded by the majestic views of the Annapurna, Chulu, Ganesh and Manaslu mountain ranges.
With a relatively short walk in, it represents one of the swiftest ways in Nepal to get amongst some really big peaks. Get amongst high sherpa villages after a few days and explore the side valleys and upper Langtang in its winter cloak.
Designed for fit and adventrous trekkers and budding mountaineers, this expedition is held in the tourist free off season to the huge snow and ice peak of Mera (6584m) and returns via the spectacular Zatra La pass into the Everest Region.
From panoramic peaks to elephant encounters, this 13-day journey offers the perfect balance of culture, nature, and excitement — all wrapped up in one unforgettable trip.
In the lower Manaslu region of Nepal underneath the Manaslu Massif and the huge peaks of Himalchuli 7892m and Buddha peak 6650m lies a fascinating network of wild roads and pastures connecting remote villages. The landscape is phenomenal and allows for descents of over 2000m. Our fully supported mountain biking trip is suited to varying abilities from expert to novice. Cheaper, more authentic and more family friendly than Mustang or Annapurna our shuttle supported trip is a must. Details coming online soon.
It can be difficult to arrange a date on one of our treks that works for you or you may have a group or a special other that you want to take privately. We have both western and Nepalese staff based in Nepal who are available to guide year round. We have run many private guiding treks to Langtang, the Annapurnas and Manaslu. We can link your trek into ongoing travel arrangements. Pricing is generally similar to that offered on our commercial treks, however you will have an experienced Nepali guide and not a western one, unless requested at extra cost. The level of independence, porterage, medical support and style of trek will influence the price. We would love to customise something for you. Get in touch!
“Why do we travel to remote locations? to prove our adventurous spirit or to tell stories about incredible things? we do it to be alone amongst friends and to find ourselves in a land without man.”
